As 2014 comes to a close it is completely normal to look back at your year and think about what you accomplished, didn’t accomplish, and what you would like to accomplish in the year 2015. Thinking about future goals is only the first step. Many people think that by just thinking and dreaming about their goals that they will happen, but this is not how it typically works for most. By just writing your goals down you are more likely to achieve them. Take your thoughts, write them down, then plan out how you are going to achieve them. Ask yourself, why are these goals important to you, where do you want to be in 3-5 years down the road, how about in 5-10 years? The answers to these questions can get you started on creating goals.
